House rules (test home page message)

1. Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
2. Notify check-out 1 hour before.
3. Home damage insurance 10,000 baht
4. The insurance fee will be refunded after the home inspection is complete.
5. Late check-out 500 baht per hour.

6. Pets, cats or dogs, are limited to no more than 5 kilograms. They can stay at a charge of 500 baht per pet per night.
7. Do not smoke inside the house. Fine 3,500 baht.
8. Refrain from using noise outside the house after 10:00 p.m. Disobey and seize the security deposit. and immediately leave the house
9. If there are more people staying than the number stated. We reserve the right not to refund the security deposit.
10. If there are more than 5 unwashed containers, we reserve the right to deduct a security fee of 1,000 baht.

11. If any damage occurs within the house, ask for a fine of 2 times the price of the damaged item.
12. Do not wear jeans or discolored clothing into the swimming pool. Fine 5,000 baht.
13. Do not play any form of gambling or illegal drugs of any kind. I don't want to take responsibility for.           
      Whatever happens, violations result in a fine of 100,000 baht.
14. Lost betel nuts: fine of 500 baht per nut; torn felt cloth: fine of 4,500 baht.
15. Lost garage door remote Lost house keys - 1,500 baht fine

16. Before entering the pool, please wash yourself thoroughly. Do not bring food, soap, shampoo, pets.
       Going into the swimming pool is strictly prohibited. Violators will be fined 1,000 baht.
17. Do not bring glasses or glass bottles into the pool. If the glass breaks in the swimming pool The renter must be responsible.          
        The cost of cleaning the swimming pool is 10,000 baht.
18. Park your car within the house or in front of the house only.
19. If there are dirty stains on the bed linen, the fine will be 150 baht per spot.

**Note** On the day of check-out, customers must pay a cleaning fee of 1,500 baht for the accommodation.
